Top Tier retail banking client is looking for an experienced business analyst with extensive cards, agile, lean six sigma and fraud/disputes knowledge.
The candidate should be an experienced, proactive and independent Business Analyst, with the drive and ability to put in place the changes the business wants to make.
Stakeholder management skills are essential as there are some strong personalities in the business area who need influencing, challenge and support at the right time throughout the change process to achieve the necessary results.
The candidate will be working across 2 workstreams to deliver a new case management/workflow solution into the Disputes (chargebacks) area. The 2 workstreams are Fraud Disputes and On-line Disputes. Other BAs are working on the Fraud Disputes element, and the successful candidate will be expected to take a lead role in this team to guide the other BAs and be the primary interface to the business.
The successful candidate will have all the following experience
Experience of chargebacks/disputes
Credit Card experience as a BDA
Experience of Fraud Function/Operations
Established BDA with a breadth of experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience of Agile methodology as a BA
