Position Requirements:
Experience Level - 7 - 10 Years Test, service/refurbish, and repair all cellular products. Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers as required. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure the phone is working. Experienced in troubleshooting electronic equipment. Requires a detail orientated individual who has fine motor skills to work with intricate pieces.

Job title/Description:
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
- Generate machine programs for pick and place machines
- Perform CPK Analysis of Pick and Place performance characteristics
- Perform repairs and calibration on pick and place feeders
- Able to operate several different manufacturing pick and place equipment
- Analyze and repair failed two way communication products
- Generate analysis reports
- Execute preventive maintenance on pick and place machines as well as solder printing equipment
- Maintain quality metrics for product prototype runs
- Provide technical support for test platforms
- Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement, efficiency gains, and increased customer satisfaction
- Participate on special projects, continuous improvement, and problem solving teams (individual & team)
- Interact with multiple engineering teams to address design cycle opportunities.
- Provide support to prototype lab during high volume runs.
- Able to utilize shipping process and maintain associated records
- Understand ZPL programming language and generate barcode and product labels
Specific Knowledge/Skills
- Technical Degree in Electronics
- 3+ years of pick place machine programming
- 3+ years of analysis experience to include both logic and RF technologies.
- Know ZPL language programming
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills required. Demonstrated success in process improvement
- Experience working in a group and building cohesive teams.
- PC Skills are required- Windows NT, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in quality or cycle time improvement efforts
