Our client is currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to work in Holborn.

The successful Marketing Coordinator will have worked on large scale campaigns and will have experience of budget management including raising PO's. managing spreadsheet, ensure forecast correct and budgets are on track.

The strong Marketing Coordinator will have managed external agencies and experience of print production including leaflet, banners and flyers.

Technical skills:
Ideally MSProject and Excel.

Main Duties:
Producing marketing materials, co-ordinating with the in-house design and campaign management colleagues.
Managing print-runs of agreed products & ensure sufficient current stock.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with agencies
Working with internal customers to understand their marketing needs and proposing marketing solutions
Co-ordinating campaign related activities, including events, production schedules and regular status and alignment meetings with multiple agency attendees.
Managing suite of branded materials and assets, for examples logos, brand guidelines and templates.
Co-ordinating approval process for marketing materials.
Assisting with project planning and managing action and risk logs.
Proactively managing the marketing budget.
Maintaining the schedule of campaign and marketing activity, ensuring activities are optimised and identifying where risks and opportunities may exist.
Owning the process for ordering and producing marketing material and collateral.
