An exciting opportunity has arisen for three experienced administrators to join our client on a temporary basis as Pensions Administration Officers. These roles will last for up to four months, however could extend beyond this and become permanent for the right person.

Pensions knowledge is desirable, not essential, as full training will be provided, however applicants must have experience in administration procedures and practices, as well as excellent communication skills and sound IT proficiency.

Responsibilities will include analysing past pension records and contributions, inputting confidential pensions data onto a database, investigating and resolving queries concerning pensionable service and contributions, answering pension related queries and all aspects of pensions administration.

Essential attributes to be considered:

Local to Northamptonshire
Enthusiastic, willing and quick to learn
Receives instruction well
Excellent communication skills - both verbally and written
The ability to resolve queries effectively and quickly
Administration experience
Sound IT skills
