An international Insurance company has based their European technology centre in Dublin. As part of their strategy they want a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to complete hands on technical work.
The successful candidate will be working for one of the biggest companies on the planet and will be working in an environment where huge projects are being completed daily.
What you need to apply
· 5 years experience in an IT support role.
· Inside out knowledge of pc's and servers
· 5 years experience working with LAN common services
· An expert in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
· Organization & good communication skills
· Strong understanding of backup and restore concepts
· Knowledge of anti-virus technology (ePO and VirusScan), software and best practices.
· Experience in administering Microsoft Office suite, Printers & Smart
· Knowledge of Citrix XenApp (XenApp PS 4.5, 5)
Particular interest in people with experience in a Financial or Insurance background. VMware would also be nice.
