Introduction
The Twinscan Factory is responsible for the complete production of advanced Twinscan wafer scanners. The department Production Support within this sector is responsible for maintenance and improvement of the production process during volume production. This includes the installation and qualification process at the customer location. Production Support continuously adapts and optimizes the production and installation processes and provides support for the factory.
Job Mission
Coordination, preparation and deliver support needed to ensure successful execution of the MTO-order (Make To Order). MTO includes Customer Order Coupling Point (COCP), Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) and Customer Special Request (CSR) at Final Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
Job Description
Acting company-wide over all departments, from Sales to Production. In cooperation with Sales, Marketing, and Development Teams ensuring MTO is well organized for execution. Single-point-of-contact regarding MTO coordination. Particular between Production and Sales. Define and secure the Manufacturing and Field interests in definition and design of MTO. Create the MTO work preparation per individual produced system -like method, procedures, tools, and specifications- for achieving a smooth MTO execution by the system tester and installer respectively at FAT and SAT.
Education Bachelor or master level
Experience
Multiple years working experience (>2 years).
Experience in a production environment with high tech products and complex production processes.
Experience in the field of Technical Work Preparation is an advantage.
