Be part of something truly landmark! The biggest infrastructure programme that this country has seen is looking for proven GIS Engineer - SpatialNET and AutoCAD  to work on driving further technical innovations for their crucial Geo Spatial Tool-set. 

You will work on work on a project related to data integrity on our client's CAD program - SpatialNet. Essentially theye require people who are qualified in SpatialNet Auto Cad Drafting. At a high level, the role will require you to enter information inputs to SpatialNet such as multiport assignments, duct and device assignments, tracing over drawings to enable the 'as built' details for sites.
  
To be considered for this role you will require:
  
Essential Experience  
  • 2 years plus work experience as a SpatialNET operator, drafter or technician
  • Five years post graduate experience in the Telecommunications industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architectural design, or computer science, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Good knowledge of transmission technologies and developments.
    Knowledge of relevant international and Australian technical standards
  • Strong knowledge of SpatialNET and CAD software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural drafting standards, as well as blueprint and specification reading skills.
  • Outstanding technical translation skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
