Description
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a global outsourcing company, on-site at an Australian owned, global financial institution. They are looking for someone to manage the delivery of Capacity & Availability analysis.
There are two key areas of responsibility to this consolidated role which has a core focus on managing the delivery of Capacity analysis across the designated services.
The Capacity Manager is responsible for the:
- Monitoring and collection of utilisation data,
- Analysis of utilization data, trended projection of utilization requirements
- Provision of contracted deliverable reports
- Engagement of the technical service lines for technical research and progress of actions to maintain Sufficient available capacity
- Maintain and update all reports and deliverables to the client
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of capacity related service improvements as required.
Recent demonstrated experience in an ITIL aligned Capacity/Availability Manager
Ideally ITIL qualifications to back up that experience
Experience with delivering a Capacity and/or Availability Plan also is essential.
