This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top tier investment bank to perform and deliver event planning.
You will be expected to perform your role to an A-Grade standard and carry a vast array of personable skills whilst ensuring client facing skills are of the highest order. The main function of the role is to provide marketing solutions & managing business relationships by delivering a programme of conferences and events.
Having in depth conference experience specifically within FICC and Equities in a Banking environment is key.
Your main duties will include;
Project managing a wide variety of conferences & entertainment events from initiation to completion
Researching creative ideas and presenting briefs
Preparation of all logistics (client correspondence, venue & supplier liaison, travel booking, agenda preparation etc)
On-site attendance & management at most conferences & events
This role very much suits a hugely committed, well presented, confident, outgoing professional with good knowledge of the investment banking world.
