SUPPORT ANALYST - FINANCIAL SERVICES - ITIL - MCITP - WINDOWS - EXCHANGE - OUTLOOK

My Financial Services client are looking to recruit a Support Analyst to join their team based in Surrey on a 12 month fixed contract. The successful candidate will be providing 1st -3rd line technical support via telephone, email, remote and desk-side support.

The following experience is essential: Strong experience of Microsoft Windows platforms including Windows 7 and XP support, Microsoft Office 2003 & 2010, Supporting end users of Microsoft Exchange 2010, experience with installing and supporting Lotus Notes R8, Active Directory, experience of working within an ITIL framework and an understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.

Main System Applications

Windows 7 and XP, Microsoft Office suite 2003 and 2010, Lotus Notes R8 and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, Banking systems and bespoke Financial Applications, IBM Service Desk system, LANDesk Service Management suite, Windows Server.

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree educated to A-Level standard
  • ITIL Foundation
  • MCITP
