Our client, a leading EPCM on one of the worlds largest natural gas developments is currently recruiting for a Superintendent- Civil.

Reporting to the Area Construction Manager Civils key duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Participation in ongoing constructability reviews
  • Support development of the final construction methodology and work prioritisation
  • Work with the Area Construction Manager Civils in defining scope, schedule, management of interface etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of the detailed construction schedule for assigned areas
  • Support contractor in maximising performance and progress, and other associated works as directed by site management
  • Responsible for the implementation of the full scope of works for the civil and structural contract
  • Management, in assigned areas, of all field erection and installation supervision including safety, quality, labour relations and productivity, manpower planning, construction equipment planning and usage and adherence to work plans and schedule.
  • Manage the construction completion and the handover of appropriate quality control documentation and as built mark ups.
