Change Support - Banking - Leeds - £280 per day
A leading UK retail bank have a Change Support position open in Leeds on a 6-9 month contract.
This is a business change role and not technical/IT position.
You will be working with the change team to ensure the plan for implementation of new projects is clear and fit for purpose. Key tasks include:
- Contribute to the design, development and specification of new/revised processes and systems, potential enhancements, documentation, training materials etc as required.
- Support the activity needed to monitor project timescales, taking appropriate action to overcome delays and difficulties.
- Support the timely and accurate completion of all project deliverables.
- Support the planning, communication and implementation of all change.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank's instructions, standards and reporting requirements together with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
To be considered you must have experience of producing reports and other written material of a technical or complex nature. You will have people management and influencing skills and have experience working within a team to achieve a common goal.
