My Client is an established company producing a prestigious range of bespoke handmade mouldings for the construction industry with clients throughout the world.

They are currently looking for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician. Working in a unique design and manufacturing environment you will develop detailed solutions alongside the Technical team.

Ideally based in Norwich, you will come from an Architectural background. Previous experience will show a competent problem solving individual with the view to develop skills within the Architectural field.

Suitable candidates will have an understanding of drawing office processes, the ability to visualise designs and will be proficient in the use of AutoCAD. You will have a proven track record in developing details whist maintaining Architectural constraints.

The candidate will be self-motivated and show problem solving efficiency whilst working to deadline. You should possess excellent communication skills, strong numeracy and IT skills including Excel and other Microsoft packages.
The successful candidate should be flexible, have the ability to prioritise tasks, have effective time management skills and the ability to work alone or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

They are currently looking to fill this temporary position immediately with the possibility of becoming permanent, dependent upon future work load.

Minimum requirements:
* Proficient AutoCAD 2D skills
* Proven track record developing details
* 3+ years minimum in a design and detailing drawing office environment preferably within an Architectural drawing office.
* Educated to HNC/HND or equivalent in Construction related discipline
* Strong communication & organisational skills
