Project Description:
The federal Safe and Drug-Free Schools grant has ended and therefore schools no longer have access to funding for prevention programs. This work strives to connect our K-12 educators with information about research based prevention programs available to them and also to connect them directly to community based providers of these programs.

Responsibilities:-
This contract seeks the development of a web-based repository for maintaining state approved behavioral interventions, programs, and resources associated with the support of Safe and Drug/Alcohol-Free Schools. The Website will be state maintained for school districts and school community members' use, including school staff, parents and students.
Coding Standards:

Necessary skills:
Stand Alone Applications: Win Forms or MS Access 2007 using VB.NET language.
Web Applications: Active Server Pages .NET 4.0 (ASPX.NET) using VB.NET language, Windows 2008 Sever with .NET 4.0 Framework.
Database Applications: MS SQL 2008 R2 with T-SQL Stored Procedures.
Only Third Party Tools approved by ODE may be used.
Web Pages should run most Transact SQL by calls to stored procedures. Transact SQL written in web pages should be the exception - not the rule.
