Knowledge and skills required for this Change Analyst role include:
Demonstrated skills in project management, research, analysis and problem solving in a dynamic ICT work environment;
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business documents including user guides, reports, user requirement documentation, surveys and training materials;
Demonstrated ability to write user-friendly material for a variety of audiences and media, including concise internal e-mail, newsletter articles, Intranet content, scripts for telephone messages;
Formal training and/or experience in using a recognised OCM methodology to identify and apply effective organisational change management strategies;
Extensive knowledge of the principles of adult education (including E-learning) and vocational training to a variety of skill levels; evidenced by Certificate IV in Workplace Training and assessment or equivalent;
Highly developed skills in computer literacy, particularly in the area of business productivity products - Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc;
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and an ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships
