The successful candidate will have a strong Technical background in most of the following:
- Citrix XenApp 5
- Active Directory
- Windows Server 2008 and SBS 2011
- DNS, DHCP
- Antivirus - McAfee, Groupshield, NAC, Siteadvisor
- VMware vSphere 5/Virtual Infrastructure
- Exchange
- Networking, virtual networking, VPN and VLAN configuration and troubleshooting
- SSL certificate management
- Firewall configuration and troubleshooting
Candidates must also be-able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Strong customer facing skills
- Relationship management
- Excellent communication skills and Team leadership qualities
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent organisational skills as well as paying strong attention to detail
Education & Experience Requirements: Degree level qualification in a technical subject or equivalent commercial experience Industry Certifications such as Microsoft MCSE, MCITP, VMware VCP and Citrix CCA
Key responsibilities: Providing a high level of technical expertise to support business activity Gain a high understanding of customers business needs Deliver solutions to customers on time and on budget produce technical designs & documentation accurately Responsible for the documentation framework to qualify detailed Service Delivery designs Gain an understanding the Change Management processes
