Operations Support Manager

Description

We require an Operations Support Manager for 6 month contract. Must have ability to
Manage the test practice environment requirements
Ensure that company Business Groups commercial objectives are fully supported by delivering environments in an efficient and timely manner
Successful handover of testing environments to the test execution and delivery teams with a focus on ensuring that their requirements are successfully delivered in the agreed time frame
Coordination of environment support to in-flight projects
Measure and report on environment performance KPI.
Ensure environments are maintained to agreed service levels by support functions and 3rd party suppliers
