Position Description: Develop a comprehensive training program for novice and experienced audiences based on a prior training assessment and recommendations developed. Development of a training plan, the curriculum and logistics, and the project management courses and materials. Conduct course presentations as appropriate. Develop and/or update management plans. Experience Level: 6-10 Years. Skill Set: Applications training Experience. Strong classroom (Instructor Lead) Experience. Strong communication skills. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite. 

Must have classroom training of Peoplesoft Purchasing and/or Inventory modules. These people will travel to the different hospitals in NCAL to train the Pharmacists on the new system. 

Candidates must have Peoplesoft Supply Chain curriculum development and classroom training experience. They also must have UPK experience. We DO NOT want a business analyst or someone with Peoplesoft HR module experience. 

Top 3-5 required skills: 
Must have classroom training of Peoplesoft Purchasing and/or Inventory modules.

Top 3-5 daily responsibilities: 
Develop classroom training curriculum 
Provide classroom training to new end users 
Travel to different facilities to provide training

Hands on classroom training and curriculum development 
Not a business analyst or project manager that did some training. 

Soft skills: 
Well spoken and strong writing skills
