Description
We currently require a SCCM Engineer to work on multiple projects across various sectors. The successful candidate will have really strong SCCM Administration and client and server troubleshooting. You must have good Virtualised Package creation, management and distribution, preferably AppV. You also need to have strong fault-finding skills to 3rd line level.
Your role will involve:
- Provide assessments and integration of clients-side software
- Provide assessments and integration of hardware
- Package and distribute software and updates to enterprise clients
- Provide Third-line client support for the site teams and projects
- Progress incidents and problems to their conclusion
- Report anomalies and escalate issues to the Team Leader
- Suggest improvements and innovations that couple assist in the day to day running on the environment
- Follow industry best practices such as ITIL and PRINCE2 Methodologies
- Writing and reviewing documents, processes and procedures
- Assist with complex technical solutions to ensure smooth support
Skills and Requirements:
* SCCM 2007. Windows Server 2008R2. SQL Server. SCOM. SCCM 2012. Scripting: VB/PowerShell. MS Exchange, Certifications in relevant field will be highly regarded.
