Finance Manager
Finance Manager with excellent experience working in the Financial Sector, Management Accounting, Project Accounting, Financial Management, Resource Planning & financial Forecasting skills required for a leading Blue -chip company based in London .
As a Financial Manager you will Plan and budget all HR Operations costs on an ongoing basis and track and report Project costs relative to the OneHR programme budget and to the programme business case.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Integration of approach and reporting with One HR PMO.
- Conduct financial management planning: Assist in preparing and documenting business case.
- Define internal financial processes: Identify requirements, identify responsibilities, and develop the financial reporting package.
- Establish and manage the HR Operations account/cost centre structure or chart of accounts.
- Manage internal expenses: Establish and periodically re-evaluate expense budgets and guidelines.
- Manage billing process: Review with internal management, submit and review the bill with the client, monitor the client payment of the bill, and complete outsourcing revenue recognition and reconcile it to the client bill.
- Manage financial forecasting processes, capital budgeting processes, balance sheets, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance to our company's financial policies and procedures
Work with the appropriate manager to plan, prepare and develop any third-party contracts; help manage compliance tracking and contract modifications.
Finance Manager required with solid Management Accounting, Project Accounting, Financial Management, Resource Planning & financial Forecasting experience for a leading Blue -Chip Company based in London for a 6 month contract.
