Description

Copywriter - Banking - London - Circa £200

A leading retail bank requires a Copywriter to participate in a digital banking programme.

Purpose of the Project/Programme

This programme is currently delivering a series of agile releases to enhance the existing Internet Banking and Mobile Banking secure sites. Example changes are straight through processing for sales, improvements to servicing and a suite of mobile, a money management service and marketing enhancements.

In theory the role is straight forward however in practice it is not due to the fact that the application is for an IT application not a static public site. We work across five brands, numerous testing environments, and many different code releases simultaneously. We call on many different skill sets across IT and business including developers, information architects and business analysts.

To be effective the Business Analyst will need to work well within a multidisciplinary team and be confident interpreting data and extracting useful information. After a thorough training period, the successful candidate will be expected to apply knowledge learnt from previous scenarios to current problems and continue to learn about the project and add value to the team.

Purpose of the role

The role will support project and business stakeholders in the creation and delivery of content for a high-profile digital transformation programme. This transformation will be delivered across a range of platforms.
