Qualification:
1. Expert on CS optimization
2. Familiar with Huawei MSFOTX3000, UMG8900
3. Be able to provide the KPI analysis, Counter Explanation, Failure Cause Analysis.
4. Be able to provide the solution of optimization in order to improve the KPI.
5. Be able to suggest key Timer Parameter and Software Parameter which impact KPI.
6. Be able to maintain the MSC pool. It is Preferable.
