Description
Our client is a super high-visibility computer manufacturing company seeking an Operations Tech to respond to customer e-mails. Candidate will log into custom business systems/support tools after training to fulfil customer requests.
Examples of deliverables would include:
- Business System Account creation
- Product License Key generation
- Digital Rights Management Key request submission and upload to distribution system
- Release documentation and collaterals to approved accounts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background in customer support, product support
- General knowledge or previous experience learning and using custom business applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and correctly interpret customer e-mails/requests and act upon those either by completing the customer request and then responding or escalating per process
- Ability to take directly and succinctly communicate status, customer issues, problems with business systems and processes utilized in the performance of their work via reports or presentations prepared with typical office applications like Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook
- Self-motivation and ability to understand boundary conditions and act independently within those
- Diligence and discipline to escalate situations that go outside of the prescribed boundaries or their role in a process
