Position: Service Delivery Manager
Duration: 12 months + (Right to hire)
Location: Dallas, TX
Rate: Open, depending on experience
Service Delivery Manager with overall responsibility of managing the Application Maintenance and Development activities. Application Maintenance includes being on top of the Remedy Tickets and ensuring appropriate action is taken within the agreed upon SLA's. Responsibilities include Release Management and Environment Management/Coordination activities. From Account Management perspective, responsibilities include staffing, forecasting, finances and invoicing.
Experience:
- 10-12 years of strong IT background with exposure to Application Maintenance activities and with a work/ticket management tool like Remedy (preferred)
- Exposure/Experience to Cloud Computing/PeopleSoft based CRM is a big plus
- Exposure/experience with Java/programming languages helps
- Exposure/experience with AMDOCS tools is a MAJOR plus

- Client Management skills is a must
