Title: Instructional Designer

Type: Contract - 12 months

Location: Atlanta, GA

The Instructional Designer (ID) is responsible for working with Project Managers (PM) to successfully develop training programs for customer service representatives globally across all business units. Standard ISD processes, such as the ADDIE learning model, are used to design and develop custom business process and systems training programs including instructor-led and E-learning courses. Candidates must have experience with Captivate 5 in order to be considered for this role.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Instructional Design - 3+ years preferred
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency using HTML and E-learning authoring tools (eg Captivate, Camtasia, Flash, Articulate, Lectora). Captivate 5 experience required.
  • Experience in designing and developing courses to support complex business processes, extensive systems training, and soft skills training
  • Training or facilitation experience is desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail are essential
  • The ability to independently learn and perform complex, detailed processes
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work independently under firm deadlines
  • Experience creating training assessments using an online platform
