We are looking for an Operations Engineer to help maintain the high quality of services which enable our client to build better products and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through telemetric insights about their users, customers and business. This position will work closely with Dev/Test teams, and production/pre-production Support Engineers, to help insure that customer needs and requirements are driven into services.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshooting our services
  • Detect, prioritize and resolve incidents
  • Identify and document common recovery procedures for service impacting incidents
  • Understand live support workflows to develop ongoing performance efficiencies and quality improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a network, DBA or service operations support role
  • Experience in web services, IIS, SQL Server 2005 required
  • Experience in live services operations desirable
  • Working experience with Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server , server clustering (MSCS), and SANs
  • Scripting capabilities and server imaging experiences to help automate customer deployments with cost, speed and accuracy as foremost priorities a big plus

The ideal person has great technical skills and relevant experience. In addition, he/she possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional information will be provided during the consideration process.
