Job Description:
Our client, a leading financial institution, seeks an Oracle PL/SQL Developer. This position is accountable for the CVA/EST Production support/BAU, Design and Development of financial applications using latest technologies. The candidate will be interacting with business users, infrastructure support, development teams and will be involved in day to day production support of multi-tier web based enterprise applications using the latest technologies. Candidate should bring solid experience to our team implementing successful development projects using Oracle-PL/SQL, Sybase, Unix, PERL, Shell Scripts, Java, J2EE, and other web application technologies. He/she will also be working on enhancements to the existing projects/applications using Agile practices at a senior developer level. The person should be able to learn new tools and programming languages with limited access to formal education. Flexible working hours. Need to work in shifts and during weekends.

Required Skills:
-4+ years of development experience in Oracle-PL/SQL, Sybase, Unix, Shell Scripting, Sybase, Unix.
-3+ years Java/J2EE/JSP technologies.
-Good understanding of main-stream multi tier web technologies.

Desired Skills:
Good Datasynapse/GRID, Python, Sybase, Messaging, ETL and/or PL/SQL development skills preferably with Sybase 15.x, Oracle 10g.
