Business Analyst, SEPA Migration, Payments and Cash Management, Brussels

For one of our clients in the Banking Industry we are looking for two Business Analysts. Both candidates should have strong experience within SEPA Migrations with domestic* and/or international experience*.

You will be supporting the Project Manager in the delivery of all business deliverables of the project such as identifying needs, defining business & functional requirements, review business/operational processes and implement identified changes

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Business deliverables as defined by the Project Manager
  • Support project manager for project management activities
  • Support Product Managers by analysing and writing the business & functional requirements.
  • Support & align with other projects.
  • Propose to the product managers improvements in accordance with Sales, Client Services & OPS teams.
  • Follow the market developments of Payment & Cash Management products.
  • Give presentations (internal & external) about the migration to SEPA.

Profile:

  • 2 years experience in business analysis
  • Knowledge of Payments & Cash Management
  • Business analysis basics (requirements, clarification, challenge users, process descriptions)
  • Business process modelling knowledge (ARIS, )
  • Understanding of financial flows (bookings, loro-nostro, clearing and settlement, reconciliation, etc.)
  • Understanding of IT flows
  • Focus on data quality through the whole chain
  • Focus on PCM Business support
  • Problem solving - interpersonal relationship
  • Knowledge acquisition
  • Reporting status
  • Working in Prince2 like project methodology
  • Very good communication & presentation skills
  • Flexible in work load

* English/French/Dutch is a must
