Our client in Amsterdam is looking for a WebSphere Process Server Specialist.
The candidate we are looking for is an expert in WebSphere process server tuning (for performance)
The WebSphere Process Server Specialist must have extensive knowledge of and experience with JEE, Java Enterprise Integration, WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Integration Developer, BPEL, JMS and Web Service concepts and implementation. Furthermore, extensive (core) WebSphere knowledge is required. Webpshere performance troubleshooting and tuning skills are essential.
Required skills:
Java/JEE
WebSphere (including version 6)
WebSphere Process Server (including version 6)
Message Bus knowledge (SIBus or WebSphere MQ)
WID
BPEL
Database Administration and Performance Tuning
WebSphere Process Server Administration, Configuration/Installation
Experience in SCA/SOA implementations
Using WebSphere/Java diagnostic Tools
WebSphere and WebSphere Process Server Performance Tuning.
The WebSphere Process Server specialist will investigate stability and performance hotspots in the system. Furthermore, S/he will have to look into the design of the WebSphere Environment. For that reason, the application team must have resources available to support these activities.
In general, the support activities will be around:
- Software Architecture clarification (especially wrt to interfaces with the WebSphere Software components)
- Supporting Performance and load tests.
- WebSphere environment settings alignment and clarification. Software deployment view, packaging and deployment design.
- Adopt necessary changes (application (eg from the exception analysis), packaging and deployment).

Duur: 6 maanden
Inzet: 40 uur per week, minimaal 32 uur.
Locatie: Amsterdam, af en toe een korte trip naar Oxford, UK
