- Experience in defining and documenting processes
- Strong Business Requirements gathering abilities and ability to run workshops
- Solid experience with CCM- Cisco Call Manager experience is a must
- Experience with System testing and creating test cases
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- You will be tertiary qualified.
