The Partnership Marketing Executive will support the development and delivery of 3rd party income generating opportunities. The job-holder will support the Partnership Marketing Manager in the development of the Brand Licensing Programme, the utilisation of the Intellectual Property Assets, and the identification and development of opportunities to leverage the Brand through sponsorship or partnership marketing. As well as looking for opportunities to leverage the Brand and intellectual property assets, the job-holder will also ensure that the Intellectual Property is protected with appropriate controls and that any infringements are dealt with, including engaging Legal where necessary.

Skills Required
Experience of Brand Marketing, Licensing and Intellectual Property development. Experience of licensing rights, sales and negotiation. Working in a complex public sector company. Experience of undertaking Industry presentations both internal and external Practical experience of generating income to meet targets. Proven experience of IP brand management Proven ability to identify and develop commercial opportunities. Educated to degree level and/or considerable relevant experience. Sound knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights Knowledge of the Commercial Licensing Industry Sound knowledge of cost management and business/project planning. A broad knowledge of the role and value of all Customer Information and Marketing channels: PR/Comms, Advertising, web/digital.
