We're currently recruiting a Training & Development Programme Executive for a key NHS client covering maternity for 10 months based in South East London. As the Training & Development Programme Executive you'll report into the Head of Training & Development and have responsibility for managing a large team of contractors. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating projects, programmes and activities (including seminars, workshops and quality assurance activities).

Main Duties -

  • Draw up and manage the implementation of an annual training & development and quality assurance programme
  • Manage graduate recruitment programme
  • Project manage and coordinate training and development activities and programmes and adhoc training sessions
  • Coordinate the training & development activities, updates and programmes for internal staff.
  • Manage the induction, training and review of adhoc staff
  • Developing, implementing and overseeing project plans to manage and coordinate programmes and events

This post is covering maternity leave and the ideal applicant will already have demonstrated significant transferable experience in most of the key responsibilities of this post. They will have significant experience of managing complex projects and events, relating to training and development or the management of contractors or suppliers. They will enjoy providing excellent customer service to a group of senior professionals and have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work systematically across a wide range of projects.
