PHP Web Developer

Short-term assignment to assist with the migration of web portal that supports Cloud PBX application to new architecture and assist with design and development of enhancements necessary to support Cloud PBX web portal.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• 3-5 years experience developing web applications with PHP and MySQL.
• 2-3 years experience developing user interfaces for web applications, utilizing HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
• 1-3 years experience with integrating web portals with 3rd party applications using cURL, XML, JSON.
• Source Code Control Systems.
• Bug Reporting and Tracking (Mantis, Bugzilla, others).
• Strong Object Oriented Analysis and design skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Self starter who can work effectively independently as well as in cross functional team environments.

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

• Telecommunications industry and/or billing systems knowledge.
• Technical undergraduate degree/graduate degree.
• Experience with jQuery.
• Experience with ExtJS.

Description/Responsibilities:

• Participate in all aspects of the development life cycle for the Cloud PBX web portal and infrastructure, including requirements gathering and analysis, prototyping, design, development and testing.
• Design and develop custom web portal that will interface with Cloud PBX platform.
• Take ownership of individual projects within a release.
