*SOX Auditor, ACCA, ACA, SOX 404 Control Testing*
We are currently looking for a SOX Auditor with experience of Sarbanes Oxley404 control testing, to join a large banking client based on Chester.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months
Location: Chester
Qualification: Post Accountant - ACCA, ACA preferred.
Skills: Sarbanes Oxley 404 control testing.
Role:
The successful candidate will be required to complete the SOX 404 key controls work for 2012. This will involved conducting walkthroughs with key control owners to validate the performance/effectiveness; sample test controls in line with corporate methodology; raise exceptions based on testing failures and work with the business to identify action plans to remedaite exceptions. The candidate will also be required to provide regular updates to Audit management and liaise with Finance and Central Corporate Audit group.
Skills/Experience:
- Post qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA preferred)
- Audit experience 3/4 years
- Experience of Sarbanes Oxley 404 control testing
- Financial Services/banking experience
