Ebanking Support specialist - Den Haag
Knowledge and experience of Middleware related technologies: eg EDI/EDIFACT/XML and GXS applications such as Application Integrator, BizManager and Tradeguide.
-Knowledge and experience of UNIX/Linux OS and related Scripting languages (PERL/KSH).
-Experience in application support, (preferably in a Financial, Banking or Treasury environment).
-Understanding of financial processing, payment types, SWIFT, international banking.
-Experience with banking processes in various ERP systems (SAP/SUN/JDE) will have added advantage.
-Demonstrates good interpersonal skills in dealing with users, service providers and colleagues.
-Demonstrates good analytical skills and is driven to resolve complex issues.
-Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise issues when working on several issues simultaneously
