Our client, an international public institution, wishes to develop and keep updated its WEB sites related to special events it organizes. We are therefore looking for a Web Master (employee or freelance) to work as part of the webteam
Job description
- Development and maintenance of different websites.
- Work in close coordination with contractors and internal web correspondents.
- Assessment of quality and proceed first quality checks of the websites
- Making sure that websites are up-to date (strong sense of initiative and pro-activity is absolute necessity)
Profile
Requested knowledge:
- excellent interpersonal skills, service mentality, capacity to work well with colleagues and good team spirit
- sense of initiative and ability to find technical solutions to serve the institution's communication strategy and priorities
- capacity to follow up news and to reflect them on the website in a communicative way
- experience of developing and designing websites
- Sound knowledge of HTML, XML, XSL, Javascript, CSS, Adobe CS5 and Coldfusion, Documentum (EC)
- Experience in using CMS systems: Joomla, Documentum Webpublisher, Drupal and Wordpress
- Working with audiovisual materials and placing them online
- Sound knowledge of Oracle and MySQL
- Alfresco, would be appreciated but not necessary for the start
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Software knowledge: Adobe Creative Suite CS5
