Description
Our client is investing in a major Change programme focussed on their global Learning & Development programme.
They are seeking people to support the Team in the following ways:
- Collection, research and analysis of business information and data
- Drafting material for workshops (including Powerpoint presentations, MS Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, Visio process maps)
- Scheduling and arranging working sessions, including organising venues, catering, materials, etc
- Capturing information from work sessions and transcribing it
- Drafting and reproducing content for manuals and training materials
- Searching online engines for information as requested and distill it into manageable, succinct reports
You will need to be resourceful, able to network inside the organisation, disciplined and good with deadlines. You will also need an outgoing personality, excellent writing skills, good administrative skills, and a natural ability for research. You must have knowledge of the learning and development arena.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to get into the business world, who will accept supervision but who is also independent and resourceful.
