Description
The Background:
With two large-scale projects recently secured, a leading manufacturer of Material Handling Systems requires two Mechanical Design Engineers on a contract basis for a minimum of 6 months.
The Role:
Joining the existing design team, you'll be responsible for the production of 2D Layout Drawings and 3D Models to develop the existing product database and to deliver bespoke designs for the company's diverse range of machinery.
You:
Using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, you'll demonstrate strong 3D Modelling and 2D Detailing skills, with previous experience of CAD to complete projects of a similar nature such as Special Purpose Machinery or Conveyor Systems. You'll also be able to demonstrate knowledge of Design for Manufacture and Blue Sky Design.
