Service Support Analyst - Pudsey, Yorkshire - 6 months - Contract
Hyphen has an exciting opportunity for a Service Support Analyst to work a 6 month contract based in Pudsey, Yorkshire, for a large financial/retail banking client.
The ideal candidate will ideally come from a Financial Service/Banking background and previous experience of dealing with a large volume of Service requests.
The role will involve processing high volume requests for access to live Active Directory & applications.

- Previous financial/banking experience

- Liaising with & dealing with Stakeholders

- Self Sufficient and able to work under there own initiative
- Solid requirements gathering, data and process modelling skills
