Resourcing Specialist, 6 months, Middlesex
We are looking for a Resourcing Specialist for an initial 6 month contract working in Middlesex.
You will have the following experience:
Essential
- Relevant resource management experience in an IT setting including development and implementation of resource management processes in a program setting
- Relevant resourcing experience involving the recruitment of high volumes of individuals within tight timeframes, taking a key role in the hiring decision
- Significant experience of competency based interviewing for IT roles
- Experience in developing a resource management plan crossing multiple projects
- Experience in working with suppliers using a managed service model
- Experience of working in a global organisation
- Basic knowledge of project management processes
- Skilled in the use of MS Office suite including advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication, analytical and documentation skills
- Working in situations where influencing skills played a critical role in getting things done
- Strong business awareness
- Experience of recruiting contractors or other third party staff
- Very good organisational skills
- Actively seeks out opportunities to improve processes and add more value.
- Confidence and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Desirable
- Upstream industry experience
