Description
FEM Analyst required to join an exciting new team due to the ever shortening life cycles of technologies. There are a number of opportunities for FEM Analysts to join an expanding Mechanical Analysis area to work on new and existing products for a large semiconductor organisation. The team is dedicated to designing, building and testing mechanical systems which are fitted into the end products. There are openings for both Junior and Senior engineers.
Role and Responsibilities:
. Activities will focus on FEM calculations
. FEM analysis. Validation of models by tests (pre/post test analysis)
. Advise design engineers
. Create and execute plan and clearly communicate all status and results
. For Senior level: Coaching FEM engineers in project setting
Experience
. Master`s or PhD with specialization in precision-, micro-, or nano-engineering, biomechanics, mechanics of materials or mechatronics (with mechanical background).
. Finite element method (preferably Ansys and/or Hyperworks)
. Theoretical and experimental knowledge/experience in the field of precision engineering
. Experience with f reliability/fatigue analysis would be an advantage

. Strong analytical ability with a pragmatic attitude.
. Creative thinking capability.
. Clear communication (both verbal and in writing) on several levels within organization.
. Good knowledge of English
