Description
My client is looking for test engineers with relevant knowledge and experience for testing of Set-Top Box models for various European network operators. The typical tasks consist of test execution of detailed functional test cases and ergonomic test cases. Other tasks are detailed reporting and specifying of test cases.
Candidate requirements/skills:
Requirements Junior & Senior:
- Bachelor/Master in Software programming or Electronics
- Knowledge and experience with digital TV in general
- Willingness to travel (to Germany and Netherlands)
Requirements Senior:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience of functional testing of Set-Top Box Embedded software and applications
- Knowledge and understanding of Set-Top Box PVR, VOD, ... features
Bonus:
- Knowledge and understanding of DVB PSI/SI
- Knowledge and experience with working with professional modulators, SI generators, multiplexers,...
