hyphen are recruiting on behalf of a major Blue Chip Client for a Colleague Engagement Analyst to be based on-site in Manchester for 6 months.
Background to the role:
Client Colleagues complete questionnaires revolved around satisfaction in the role, improvements they would like to see, process changes, working environment, initiatives to improve the business area and unit, technology, people etc.
- This info all feeds into a server and the data is stored.
- You will work within a team to analyse the data and interpret the data in order to generate ideas and initiatives of change to the organisation or work streams or even processes.
- The role itself will focus more upon the People impact these change initiatives will have and therefore you must have excellent communication skills, liaison skills and people skills.
- You will have a degree of Emotional intelligence and understanding of peoples needs.
- The role is very fluid and will not have a particular "business focus" ther efore you will be a proactive thinker with an analytical view of people and their roles/responsibilities.
- Candidates are likely to come from a mixture of HR, IT Management/Analysis, and Strategy type roles but with an emphasis on people rather than process management and the impacts changes have on people.
