Management Accountant

You will provide support to the management of rent and service charge activities and support and undertake the successful delivery of a range of projects, deputising for the Finance Manager when required.
Either qualified or part qualified with an accountancy background and a strong systems focus, we require someone ideally from a rent accountancy function or with commercial business experience. Some project experience would also be desirable in order to assist the Finance Manager on a range of projects.
Excellent IT skills are essential, which will include considerable use of Excel as well as other applications, such as Crystal and BiQuery, in order to extract and manipulate data and produce reports.
