Description
Our client is the world's leading software brand seeking a qualified Test Engineer to work on their hugely popular systems management product. Ideal candidate will have to ramp up quickly on the product and automation framework to be effective in the team. Test framework is built on C#.
Work will include running test cases, managing test cases, working on fixing existing automation, and possibly helping to write new automation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 plus years work related experience required
- Experience with Product Studio and SQL
- Ability to read and code C# a big plus
- Deep understanding of large scale software product updates
- Knowledge of industry testing standards, methods and conventions
- Knowledge of software product development methods
- Knowledge of programming languages required
- Demonstrated independence in testing production code and providing high quality product feedback
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred
This contract position is expected to be 3 months in duration with possibility of extension.
