Tele-Developer Evangelist
This is a fast-paced, dynamic contract position working with new and upcoming technologies. There are two main facets for this position, inbound technical support and pro-active outreach advocating adoption of the latest client technologies via phone and e-mail.
QUALIFICATIONS (preferred, but not all required):
- Experience in a customer facing role performing technical support or consulting
- Hands-on experience in developing applications in C#, VB.NET, C++, or HTML5/JavaScript
- Desire to learn new technologies
- Must be comfortable talking with the public
- Must be flexible to switch contexts between various projects efficiently
In this role with CompuCom, the candidate will provide:
- Inbound/outbound call management of platform questions from ISVs
- Management of e-mail inquiries from ISV's
- Support provided 8 hours per day during the business week
- Follow up on messages left during unmanaged hours
- Log all calls
- Categorize issues
- Track resolutions
