The opportunity
For the successful candidate, the role entails taking ownership of the end to end user support of the infrastructure. You will be responsible for problem, incident, request and change management delivery and ensuring that those services provided to customers meet the SLA objectives and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your skill set
- Technical skills: Lotus Domino, Blackberry, Proofpoint, ISA, IIS, OmniAnalyser, SharePoint and other supported Collabarated Objects
- Proven experience as a messaging specialist
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
