Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, this global organisation is seeking a WebSpehere MQ Support Specialist to join their growing team and provide technical advice and expertise to support MQ solutions.
As a WebSphere MQ Support Specialist, your core respopnsibilities will include:
- Provide technical expertise to assist with design and architecture of MQ-based infrastructure solutions
- Configuration of WebSphere MQ infrastructure in complex enterprise environments
- Troubleshooting of complex technical issues to achieve BAU deliverables
- Transitioning infrastructure to BAU team to support by satisfying handover criteria
- Working with colleagues and support teams to provide technical solutions to the customer
Your success will be based on your experience in the following areas:
- Implemenation and support of WebSphere MQ infrastructure solutions
- Support of WebSphere DataPower infrastructure solutions
- Support fo TIBCO based infrastructure (Policy Manager, iProcess) solutions
- 6+ years industry experience in the implementation, configuration and support of WebSphere MQ and DataPower solutions
- 4+ years experience configuring and supporting TIBCO messaging systems
You will also have a broad expeosure to a variety of other technologies (eg Midrange, Wintel, Database) with a firm understanding of the interdependencies between those technologies and the role area of expertise. In addition, you will have solid communication and relationship building skills.
(A rostered on-call after hours support is required)
