ROLE: Senior Project Manager for enterprise CRM implementation (NetSuite CRM ideal)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project is part of a large Sales Transformation initiative that will help our client redefine its sales processes and includes the delivery of a SAAS based CRM solution to the sales force across the client's digital and National Sales organizations, and a centralized Datawarehouse solution for revenue reporting and analytics.

WORK DESCRIPTION AND ROLE
- Plan, organize and manage project team, global timeline, risks inventory, issues tracking, scope control and project documentation plan within the given constraints of the project.
- Support the Operational Lead for issues/risks/decisions material preparation and presentation, project costing and business case information collection planning and tracking.
- Verify that all business unit representatives have validated relevant project outputs and provided sign-off.
- Manage change requests to the project (scope, timeline, and budget).
- Ensure that a proper Transfer to Business Operations is documented and completed at the end of the project.
- Develop and communicate weekly project status to the Project Management Office and project team/operational steering.
- Escalate project deviations on budget, scope and timeline.

DESIRED SKILLS
- Senior PM (10+ years) with proven experience implementing enterprise CRM projects ; (NetSuite CRM and ERP experience is ideal)
- Will lead the CRM implementation project
- Proven ability to manage up and down; working with senior executives as project sponsors, one of whom sponsored a large CRM implementation at another media company.
- Will focus on the business side of CRM implementation including:
o the implementation of the functional CRM requirements
o planning for business change with all business units that are required to ensure adoption and success
o identification and implementation of KPIs that will ensure and measure project success
o CRM configuration and customization
o Systems integration with other client IS systems
o data management (identification, cleansing, migration )
o pilot deployment, testing, analysis
o enterprise deployment
o change management including process changes, communications plan and launch plan
o change management
o training
- Must be familiar with typical challenges and road blocks in CRM implementation ( eg sales team reluctance to adopt and utilize CRM)
- Will manage one other PM on the project
- Experience working with remote technology delivery teams
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Excellent communications skills to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast paced environment

DELIVERABLES
Standard project management deliverables are to be produced during this assignment, as defined by the Client's Business Technology Project Management Office.

ASSIGNMENT DATES
Start Date: June 25, 2012
Ending: Target for the project is 18 months (initial contract will be structured for 6 months, with renewals aligned to project)

RESOURCE COMMITMENT
Client works on the basis of a hour work week, and the amount of project management work is expected to be consistent with that.
This assignment is a Full time contract role.

WORK LOCATION
York Mills and Leslie Street area
Some occasional travel to Winnipeg or other Client may be required.

REPORTING STRUCTURE
The Sr. Project Manager will report to the Director, Business Technology Project Management Office.
