For our end customer, we are looking for a storage specialist with advanced knowledge of enterprise storage solutions with a focus on open systems (Unix/Windows).
Senior Storage Specialist (Unix/Windows)

General knowledge/experience:
Able to function in a complex heterogeneous enterprise storage environment.
Required key skills: good communication, team player, willing to learn and Improve, self motivated, Able to work without direct supervision, a can do attitude, accuracy and diligence in your work, starter and finisher, comfort to stay with atask until completed, with regard to flexible working hours and location within-the Amsterdam area.
Technical knowledge/experience:
Advanced knowledge of enterprise backup solutions and high-end storage systems. I.a. TSM, TS3500, TS7650G, HDS USP/VSP series as a platform withIBM P-Series.
Advanced knowledge of storage functionality & tools. Tivoli, Unix Scripting, Block based replication techniques. Knowledge of Storage Networking/SAN (including Brocade DCX series).
Good knowledge platform and virtualization technology known today. VMWare, IBM Virtual IO Server, Solaris 10
